I'm a UX designer at AWS, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before joining AWS, I worked at IBM as a UX designer, where I also interned while earning my master’s degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics at San Jose State University. Prior to my design career, I worked as a product manager in South Korea.
